 Paul Crandall has been in the roofing business since 1977. Learning the old fashioned way, shuffling nails, hauling shingles up the ladder to the roof, nailing down shingles by hand, mopping hot asphalt and spreading gravel, Paul Crandall found his Grandfather’s message to him had come to fruition that he would “be a man who works with his hands” and so it is. After 10 solid years of this hard work, Paul Crandall & Associates, Inc. was established in 1987 in Milwaukee, WI. Being a home based business with a truck and a hot tar kettle, Paul Crandall & Associates, Inc. was off to a good start. Since 1987, we are proud to say that we have had the pleasure of serving many customers in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington & Waukesha Counties. We started as a residential based business and added in commercial business very quickly as a result of our reputation. Some of our main accounts have been St. Joseph’s Hospital and St. Michael’s Hospital in Milwaukee, the Kohler Foundation, All Saints Health Care in Racine, Camco Management Company, St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Grafton, and many, many more. PC&A, Inc. is a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), Metal Roofing Alliance (MRA), National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), the Grafton Chamber of Commerce and the Mequon – Thiensville Chamber of Commerce. Our applicators are certified through Firestone Building Products/UNACLAD (Commercial & Metal systems), Certainteed (Residential and Commercial Roof Systems), Versico Roof Systems, PAC-CLAD (metal roof systems), Gerard Stone Coated Steel Roof Systems, Rheinzink (Gutters & Custom Metal Fabrication), Live Roofs, Vinyl Siding Institute, & AAMA Window Installation. We will work to provide you with the latest and most efficient, energy saving products available. Continued education is a requirement for our applicators.We recently moved our operation to 1645 N. Port Washington Road in Grafton, WI. We now have a showroom for you to stop by and take a look at samples of various materials. We have an ongoing slideshow for you to inspect our work throughout the years. Many samples made in our shop are available to view as well. We have office staff to serve you when you walk in our door or when you call, no buttons to press for voice mails or extensions, you will receive a live person on the other end of the line (during business hours of course).
